我們吃過中飯，我曬着太陽讀着書，媽媽拿來一些麪粉，倒進盆裏，加入水一起和，麪糰和好了。接着拿着小面棒開始擀麪皮，不一會兒，圓圓的小餃皮堆成一座座小山，爸爸拿來餃子餡和半碗水，媽媽左手託着餃子皮，右手把肉餡放到皮上，又用右手食指沾了點水在餃皮邊緣轉了一圈，捏捏擠擠，一個可愛的餃子出現了，媽媽看我一直偷瞄，就叫我一起包餃子。我別提多高興了，三下五除二地把手洗乾淨，學着媽媽的樣子把餡放在皮上包了起來，可是怎麼捏，餃子皮就是不聽話，老是張着大嘴巴，媽媽看了笑着說：“文豪，餃皮沒喝水，它不會閉嘴的。”我恍然大悟趕緊用手沾了點水在餃子皮邊緣轉了一圈，小餃子終於閉上小嘴。時間一分一秒過去了，餃子很快被我和媽媽包完了。
