大家好！

兩年前，我從xx英語教育院校畢業，躊躇滿志地從大學校門裏走出來，滿懷信心地踏進了這滿是孩子們的天堂。在我開始接任四年級二班的英語教程那一刻，我的心情忐忑不安，不知能否把課上好，當我真正走上工作崗位，走上四二班教室的講臺時，面對一個個鮮活可愛的面孔，面對一雙雙求知的眼睛，我總是一次次默默的告訴自己，要努力，要加油，要成爲深受學生歡迎的好老師。

有人說兒童是一本書雖然要讀懂這本書並非易事，但要成爲一位出色的教師就必須去讀它，有人說，兒童是花木，教師是園丁，園丁悉心照料着花木，但需要尊重它們自然地成長。實際上，兒童比花木要複雜的多，教師的工作比園丁的工作也複雜的多，儘管他們擁有着共同或共通的規律。法國文學家雨果在他的詩裏曾經寫到：“花是尊貴的，果實是甜美的，讓我們都來做葉吧，因爲葉，是平凡而謙遜的。”我覺得這首詩就是爲教師寫的，因爲教師就像那默默奉獻的綠葉，時時刻刻襯托着鮮花的嬌豔。今天，在慶祝教師節的日子裏，我榮幸地站上這方講臺，誦讀這樣意味深長的詩句，即將開始我至真至誠的'講述，我心中無比激動，也感到萬分的驕傲自豪。

時光匆匆，轉眼間我已走過了四年的從教生涯。雖然在大家看來這段時間有些短暫。但細數往昔歲月的點點滴滴，我還是要長嘆：生活原來給了我們那麼多感動。爲了這真情付出後得到的感動，我一直在追求着。剛剛參加工作時，信心百倍。記得第一次以教師的身份走進課堂，感覺一切都是那樣美好。然而，醉酒方知酒味濃，爲師才知爲師難。一段時間之後，我先前良好的自我感覺早就一掃而空，面對一羣求知慾渴的孩子們，我才真正意識到教師職業是何等的艱辛和瑣碎，三尺講臺站上去容易，要站好可真難啊！

每個人都希望自己的人生風和日麗，鶯歌燕舞。但月有陰晴圓缺，人有旦夕禍福，挫折和失敗總是不斷地踩痛我們的心。我們是把失意的怨氣撒在孩子身上，還是收起此時內心的苦楚用微笑面對純真可愛的孩子？我想沒有人願意選擇前者，因爲你的心中有愛！魯迅先生有句話“教育是植根與愛的”。是的，愛是教育的源泉，教師有了愛，纔會用伯樂的眼光去發現孩子們的閃光點，纔會對自己的教育對象充滿了信心和愛心，纔會有追求卓越的精神和創新的精神。

今天，我是一名小學英語教師，愛我的學生，我會像母親一樣無私和不求索取；愛我的學生，我會像手足一樣把心和他們貼得更近；愛我的學生，我會像朋友一樣與他們風雨同舟；愛我的學生，我會不溺愛不袒護，在他們跌倒時，鼓勵他們勇敢的站起來！我相信“人民教師”這光榮而神聖的稱謂，它總能讓我擁有無窮的力量。
