【典故】其爲療也，有四難焉：自用意而不任臣，一難也;將身不謹，二難也;骨節不強，不能使藥，三難也;好逸惡勞，四難也。 《後漢書·郭玉傳》
【釋義】逸：安逸;惡：討厭、憎恨。貪圖安逸，厭惡勞動。

【成語故事】東漢時期，太醫郭玉醫術很高明，經常手到病除，他爲人仁義厚道，爲窮苦百姓治病盡心盡力，藥到病除，爲達官貴人治病經常不見效。漢和帝問他爲什麼會這樣?郭玉回答達官貴人自做主張，態度不謙和，好逸惡勞，不願配合治療
